Payments and Refunds Policy

The guidelines regarding payment and refunds rules are to be followed, except for certain circumstances, it may not be changed;

  • The payment of the trips, adventure trips and vehicle (if requested) are to be made in advance;
  • Cancellation is to be made in proper time otherwise it may fall under the category of the non-refundable system; the rules are as follows -
    • A full refund of payment if cancellation is made before 30 days ahead;
    • Half refund of the payment if cancellation is made after 3o days and before 15 days ahead;
    • Quarter refund of the payment if the cancellation is made after 15 days and before 10 days ahead;
    • No refund of the payment is eligible if the cancellation is made after 10 days ahead of your booking;
  • The refunds are to be made within 10 days (excluding non-working days) through online banking. And we will contact you before the payment just to reconfirm and assure.
  • Any default caused by us shall be eligible for a full refund and there is no time-bound in that regard;
  • Any default caused by you is strictly non-refundable. You can contact us before the payment.

Changes and amendments

The terms of the service may change from time to time for the betterment of the service and trvlhimalayas.com shall have the authority to change it properly without any prior information or notice.
