Which stresses and leads the urban lifestyles to “counter urbanization” syndrome. Where the simplicity of eco-tourism(in every possible corner, for example - Family tour, Honeymoon tour, Adventure tour, Group or solo tour, Educational excursion tour or Village tour etc) might help them to overcome. Here at trvlhimalayas, we encourage travellers to come out of his/her comfort zone and explore new places, cultures, cuisines around the arms of Mother Nature rather than only touring. The Stay & Adventure Guide Lines

Please read the following guidelines about the stays and adventures for your convenience. These are as follows -

• The payments(whole) have to be made before the trip, tour and other facilities (including guides, vehicles or adventures, if required) to ensure your bookings;
• Every homestay does not have the three meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) in their meals system, some properties provide two times (only breakfast/dinner), some property only provides complimentary beverages and the meals are to be bought separately. Likewise, some properties only provide vegetarian food, some properties are fully organic, some are semi-organic and some are not; and every homestay has their own set of rules please follow them. Otherwise, the owner will bestow with the authority the takeout guests from their property with full refund, partial refund or without any refunds;
• The price will, under no circumstances, not be adjusted with the actual price (room price or per head price is displayed and the travellers booked in), if anyone does not wish to have any meal;
• The staying and food charges, as displayed and mentioned on the website, are based on per day basis and the staying charges are not applicable for the child below the age of 7 years, however food charges are applicable as the adult;
• If you book per head system then it automatically comes under share basis system, the share basis system means if you are a solo traveller, and the room has a double bed or more than that, then you can not occupy the whole room, you have to share the room with other travellers who are also travelling like you;
• The price displayed might not necessarily include any cost for the guide, travel(vehicle) or any other activities, we do not provide any cars (for pickup, drop or for sightseeing) but while booking we may ask you if you need a vehicle or not, if the reply is affirmative then we will make arrangements and the price accordingly;
• Every price displayed on the website may not necessarily mean that the taxes or any other extra price are included. The tax may be included additionally and price for extra services may be charged accordingly and will inform you about that;
• In rare circumstances, a property which you have chosen on the website, can be shifted to other property but in the same location or nearby location and charges also be decreased or increase accordingly, however proper reason will be explained to you;
• Most of the homestay is mainly situated outside the main cities around the nature and some routes do not even have the proper roads for a vehicle, thus it is extremely advised to carry proper medicines (if you are on medication) and emergency medicines;
• After the whole payment, of the price calculated as per your booking, the booking is considered to be confirmed. The travellers are strictly required to disclose each and every detail wherever needed for the process of booking. The travellers are requested to take a government recognised identification card for their safety and safety of the property owner;
• For adventures, we provide adventure coordinator who may not, in all case, hold any institute recognisable certificates or degrees, but all are experienced in their respective field, thus please be attentive while opting for the adventure trip, we, trvlhimalayas only plays the role of connector between you and the coordinator; and do not hold any responsibilities or liabilities in that regard;
